TERMS & CONDITIONS

At DVS we treat everyone with respect and we also expect the same.

- When some bookings are made we do require a small deposit to confirm the allocated slot. This slot is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid to DVS Ltd via Bank Transfer. Deposits are also non-refundable.

- We have a late cancellation policy where if you choose to cancel at short notice you may still be charged. 

- We also expect payment matching the amount on the invoice to be paid within 48 hours of the work being complete, unless we have said otherwise. If failing to make a payment occurs we may proceed with a letter with conditions to be posted to you and may also take legal action.

- Due to insurance purposes we will NOT carry out any work on busy main roads. 

- Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. If in the event we have to cancel a booking we will try our best to reschedule to a different day within 28 days of the original slot. 

- If on arrival your vehicle is heavily soiled, covered with dog hair or in a worse state then described extra charges may be applied.
